Zenith for aesthetics and wellness
Every consult inquiry booked, even mid-treatment.
A client asking about a treatment at 9pm is ready to book now, and the provider is with someone else at 2pm. Zenith answers both, books consults and treatments into your booking system, and brings clients back when their treatment cycle says it is time.
Do you take walk-ins at Fremont on Saturdays?
Visitor · 12:41pmWe do, and Saturday evenings fill fast. I can hold a table for you instead: what time and how many?

On its own, and where it stops
Zenith handles the routine. Your people handle the rest.
Zenith answers service and pricing questions from your menu and books consults, treatments and rebookings on its own. Clinical questions go to a provider, any discount or refund waits for a person, and rebooking campaigns go out once your team approves them.
Zenith answers, routes, books and handles routine questions on its own. Refunds, discounts, complaints, low reviews and campaigns wait for a person, and anyone on your team can take over a conversation at any time.
Your dataThe voice model carries the spoken conversation and nothing else. Your customer records stay in your own database, read only by your own agents.
Start here, keep the foundation
Start with one function. Add the rest without starting over.
Most practices start with evening and weekend inquiries, which arrive when nobody is at the desk. The treatments and bookings Zenith reads are then ready for the rebooking cycle and for review requests after a visit.
FAQ
Questions, answered plainly.
Will Zenith give medical or treatment advice?
No. It answers from your service menu, prices and policies, and sends anything clinical, such as a reaction, aftercare or whether a treatment suits someone, to a provider.
Which booking systems does it work with?
Zenith reads and writes bookings in the system your practice runs, and in Google or Microsoft calendars for providers who book from their own. The connection is set up and checked for your practice before it goes live.
Can it sell a package or a membership?
It can explain what you offer and book a consult to talk it through. Selling it and taking payment stay with your team.
Does it keep a client with the same provider?
By default, yes. A rebooking looks for the provider the client saw last, and offers another only if you allow it.
Is any health information sent by text?
No. Texts confirm a time and a place. Anything about a treatment's effect or a client's health is handled on a call or in person.
Can we name the assistant?
Yes. Each company names its own assistant and picks its voice. Zenith ships with a default name, which you can change.
