Zenith for construction

Bid inquiries answered while your team is on site.

Estimators are on a walkthrough and project managers are on a jobsite, so the office line goes to voicemail. Zenith answers it. It qualifies a new project, books the site visit, tells an owner where their project stands, and sends subcontractors and suppliers to the person who handles them.

On its own, and where it stops

Zenith handles the routine. Your people handle the rest.

Zenith qualifies inquiries, books site visits and gives recorded project status on its own. Pricing, change orders, disputes and anything about safety on site go straight to a person.

Zenith answers, routes, books and handles routine questions on its own. Refunds, discounts, complaints, low reviews and campaigns wait for a person, and anyone on your team can take over a conversation at any time.

Your dataThe voice model carries the spoken conversation and nothing else. Your customer records stay in your own database, read only by your own agents.

Start here, keep the foundation

Start with one function. Add the rest without starting over.

Most contractors start with new project inquiries on the main line and the website, since a missed inquiry is a bid never made. The CRM and ERP records Zenith reads are then ready for project status calls and for routing subcontractors and suppliers.

FAQ

Questions, answered plainly.

Will Zenith give a price for a job?

No. It qualifies the project and books the visit. Pricing comes from your estimator.

Where does project status come from?

From what your team records in the systems Zenith reads, such as your CRM or ERP. If a status is out of date, Zenith offers the caller the project manager instead of guessing.

Can calls go to a project manager in the field?

Yes. A transfer can go to any number you set, including a PM's mobile, and the context arrives with it.

How do subcontractors get routed?

By your rules: the trade, the project they name and the line they called. Each goes to the PM or coordinator who owns that relationship.

Do we need new numbers?

No. Keep your numbers and carrier. You can publish separate Zenith numbers on bid sites or your website so you know where each inquiry came from.

Does it work with our project management software?

Zenith reads project and customer records from your CRM and ERP today. A project management system can be connected for your company if that is where status lives; it is set up and checked before calls go live.
