Zenith with your calendar

Bookings on the calendar your team already lives in.

Not every booking belongs in a practice system or a reservation book. Estimate visits, tastings, consultations and sales meetings live on someone's Google or Outlook calendar. Zenith reads their free/busy, books into it under your rules, and confirms to the customer only once the event is read back.

Reads and writes

What Zenith reads and writes on each calendar.

Each company connects its own Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, per person or per shared calendar.

Free/busy
Read to find open time. Zenith sees that a slot is busy, not what the meeting is.
Events
Created for each booking with the customer, the booking type and the details they gave.
Read back
Every event is read back after it is created; the customer is confirmed only when it is there.
Changes
Moved or cancelled when the customer asks, and read back again.
Shared and resource calendars
Used for a room, a vehicle or a team rota when you book by resource rather than by person.

Booking types

Each kind of booking has its own rules.

A booking type says whose calendar, how long, when, and what has to be true first.

01

Whose calendar

A named person, a pool where the first free person takes it, or a shared resource.

02

Length and buffers

Ninety minutes for a tasting, an hour for an estimate visit, with travel or prep time either side.

03

Who qualifies

Only for parties of twenty-five or more, only inside your service area, only on weekdays.

04

Reminders

By text or email, on the schedule you set for that type.

A booking

From a request to a confirmed event.

  1. 01

    Offer

Zenith reads free/busy for the calendars the booking type allows and offers open times.

  2. 02

    Hold

While the customer decides, the time is held briefly so it is not offered twice. Holds expire.

  3. 03

    Create and read back

The event is created on the calendar and read back to check it landed.

  4. 04

    Confirm and remind

The customer is confirmed, and reminders follow.

On its own, and where it stops

Zenith handles the routine. Your people handle the rest.

On its own, Zenith offers times, books, moves and cancels events within each booking type's rules. Bookings that need a deposit, a quote or an exception to your rules go to the person who owns that calendar.

Zenith answers, routes, books and handles routine questions on its own. Refunds, discounts, complaints, low reviews and campaigns wait for a person, and anyone on your team can take over a conversation at any time.

Your dataThe voice model carries the spoken conversation and nothing else. Your customer records stay in your own database, read only by your own agents.

Start here, keep the foundation

Start with one function. Add the rest without starting over.

Connect your calendars and start with one booking type, such as estimate visits or consultations, answered on every channel. Each new booking type you add, and each industry system you connect later, uses the same customer thread and the same confirmation rules.

FAQ

Questions, answered plainly.

Is the connection live today?

Connections are set up for each company when its Zenith instance is configured, and Ferrata confirms each one works on the company's own data before calls go live.

Does it work with Outlook as well as Google?

Yes. Zenith connects with Google Calendar through Google Workspace and with Outlook calendars through Microsoft 365. Each company connects its own accounts. Zenith is an independent product and is not certified by or affiliated with Google or Microsoft.

Can Zenith see what is in our meetings?

For finding time it reads free/busy, which shows that a slot is taken, not what it is. It reads in full only the events it created itself, so it can check them and change them when a customer asks.

Can two customers get the same slot?

It is designed not to happen. A time is held while a customer decides, and every booking is read back from the calendar before the customer is confirmed.

Can bookings go to whoever is free?

Yes. A booking type can name one person, a pool of people where the first free one takes it, or a shared resource such as a room or a van.

What if someone moves the event in their calendar?

Zenith reads the change and updates the customer's thread, and can let the customer know the new time if your rules say so.

Start with Zenith, or talk it through first.

Thirty minutes with Ferrata Labs on how calls and messages reach you today. You leave with a view of where Zenith fits, and an honest answer if something else should come first.

Your menu, your policies, your routing and the way you talk to customers are yours. Zenith is configured to them. You are not fitting your front desk into a template.
