Zenith with SAP Business One
Customer calls, answered from SAP Business One.
When a buyer calls a business running SAP Business One, the answer is usually in a delivery, an open order or an A/R invoice. Zenith reads them through the Service Layer, puts the account on screen before hello, and answers the routine questions so your customer service team takes the calls that need judgment.
What Zenith reads
The Service Layer objects Zenith reads.
Read against your own company database, with a dedicated user and only the authorizations you grant.
- BusinessPartners
- Read for customers, contact persons, payment terms and the sales employee on the account.
- Orders
- Read for open sales orders, their lines and their due dates.
- DeliveryNotes
- Read for what has shipped and when.
- Invoices
- Read for A/R invoice numbers, amounts and due dates, so a copy can be resent.
- Balances
- Read so a verified customer hears what is open.
- Quotations
- Read so an open quote shows on the caller card.
On the call
The account, open orders and balance before hello.
A buyer's call opens with their company, open orders and ship dates, the last invoice, the balance and terms, and the sales employee on the account.
- Matched to the business partner
- By the caller's number against the contact persons on file.
- Balances after verification
- Amounts and invoice numbers are shared only once the caller is verified.
Routing
Routed to the person who owns the account.
SAP already knows who looks after each customer. Zenith uses it.
Sales employee first
A call or message that needs a person goes to the account's sales employee, with the account open.
Credit to finance
A dispute, a credit request or a payment plan goes to your finance team.
Out of hours
After hours, routine questions are answered and the rest becomes a callback task for the morning.
On its own, and where it stops
Zenith handles the routine. Your people handle the rest.
On its own, Zenith answers order, delivery and invoice questions from SAP Business One and resends invoice copies to the contact on file. Order changes, pricing, credits and disputes go to the account's sales employee or finance.
Zenith answers, routes, books and handles routine questions on its own. Refunds, discounts, complaints, low reviews and campaigns wait for a person, and anyone on your team can take over a conversation at any time.
Your dataThe voice model carries the spoken conversation and nothing else. Your customer records stay in your own database, read only by your own agents.
Start here, keep the foundation
Start with one function. Add the rest without starting over.
Connect SAP Business One and start with order status and invoice calls. The same business partners then carry into lead response for new accounts and reorder reminders for customers whose regular order has not come in.
FAQ
Questions, answered plainly.
Is the connection live today?
Connections are set up for each company when its Zenith instance is configured, and Ferrata confirms each one works on the company's own data before calls go live.
How does Zenith connect with SAP Business One?
Through the Service Layer, against your own company database, with a dedicated user and only the authorizations you grant. Zenith is an independent product and is not certified by or affiliated with SAP.
Does Zenith write anything to SAP?
Not to your orders or invoices. It reads them to answer questions. Requests to change an order or raise a credit go to your team, who act in SAP as they do today.
We already use Ferrata with SAP. Is that a second connection?
No. Zenith reads the same customer and order records already in your Ferrata foundation, so SAP is mapped once for every product you use.
Who hears an account balance?
Only a caller matched to the business partner and verified under your rules. Until then Zenith does not share invoice numbers, amounts or dates.
Does it work with several company databases?
Yes. Each company database is connected on its own, and a caller is matched to the right one by the line they dialed or the account they belong to.
