Zenith for home services

The job goes to whoever answers first. Answer first.

A homeowner with a dead furnace calls three companies and books the one that picks up. Zenith picks up at any hour, sees the equipment on file and the membership, and books a service call or an estimate visit into the technician schedule your dispatcher already runs.

Each kind of visit, booked by its own rules.

Service calls
Into the technician schedule, by job type, zone and the skills a job needs.
Estimate visits
With the comfort advisor or estimator, in the windows they keep open for selling.

For members, inside the season you schedule tune-ups.
Callbacks
When a job needs a person to decide, booked as a task on that person's day.

On its own, and where it stops

Zenith handles the routine. Your people handle the rest.

Zenith books service calls, estimates and member visits and gives arrival windows on its own. Pricing exceptions, warranty disputes and complaints go to a person, and after-hours emergencies follow the on-call rule you set.

Zenith answers, routes, books and handles routine questions on its own. Refunds, discounts, complaints, low reviews and campaigns wait for a person, and anyone on your team can take over a conversation at any time.

Your dataThe voice model carries the spoken conversation and nothing else. Your customer records stay in your own database, read only by your own agents.

Start here, keep the foundation

Start with one function. Add the rest without starting over.

Most home service companies start with after-hours calls and new leads, because those are the jobs that go to a competitor by morning. The equipment, memberships and jobs Zenith reads are then ready for membership renewals and for review requests after a job closes.

FAQ

Questions, answered plainly.

Will Zenith quote prices on the phone?

Only the prices you tell it to quote, such as a diagnostic fee or a tune-up price. Anything that needs a technician's eyes is booked as a visit rather than guessed at.

How does it decide what is an emergency?

By your triage questions and your rule. No heat in winter, a gas smell or water coming through a ceiling can page the on-call technician; a dripping tap can wait for the morning. You write the list.

Does it book into our dispatch board?

Yes. Jobs are written to your field service software with the triage answers attached, and read back before the homeowner is told the time.

What about leads from marketplaces and web forms?

Each lead gets a reply on the channel it came in on, day or night, with your qualifying questions. When it books, the job is on the board and the lead is on the same thread as any later call.

Can it sell memberships?

It can explain the membership you offer and pass an interested homeowner to your team. Signing someone up and taking payment stay with your team.

Do we keep our phone numbers?

Yes. Keep your numbers and carrier. You can also publish separate Zenith numbers on your ads and your Google profile, so every call shows where it came from.

Start with Zenith, or talk it through first.

Thirty minutes with Ferrata Labs on how calls and messages reach you today. You leave with a view of where Zenith fits, and an honest answer if something else should come first.

Your menu, your policies, your routing and the way you talk to customers are yours. Zenith is configured to them. You are not fitting your front desk into a template.
