Zenith with ServiceTitan

Book the service call while the homeowner is still on the line.

A homeowner with no heat calls the first company that answers. Zenith answers, recognizes the customer and the equipment on file from ServiceTitan, and books a service call or estimate visit into a real arrival window, so the job is on your board before they try the next number.

Reads and writes

The ServiceTitan records Zenith works with.

Mapped to your business units, job types and arrival windows when your instance is set up.

Customers and locations
Read to match the caller and the address. Written for a new customer when they book.
Jobs
Read for open and recent jobs and their status. Written when a service call or estimate visit is booked, with the job type and the caller's description.
Equipment
Read so Zenith knows the furnace, unit or water heater on file, its age and warranty.
Memberships
Read so a member gets the priority and pricing your plan promises, and an expiring plan can be flagged for renewal.
Technician capacity
Read for open arrival windows by business unit and zone, so a booking fits the schedule your dispatcher runs.

On the call

The equipment and the last visit, before the first question.

A returning customer's call opens with their equipment, last job and technician, membership and any open estimate already on screen, so nobody asks what model the furnace is.

Equipment on file
Type, age and warranty, read from the customer's location in ServiceTitan.
Open estimate
An unsold estimate is on the card, so the call can pick it up.

On its own, and where it stops

Zenith handles the routine. Your people handle the rest.

On its own, Zenith answers, books service calls and estimate visits into open windows, and sends confirmations. Emergencies, pricing beyond your published fees and any discount or complaint go to a person.

Zenith answers, routes, books and handles routine questions on its own. Refunds, discounts, complaints, low reviews and campaigns wait for a person, and anyone on your team can take over a conversation at any time.

Your dataThe voice model carries the spoken conversation and nothing else. Your customer records stay in your own database, read only by your own agents.

Start here, keep the foundation

Start with one function. Add the rest without starting over.

Connect ServiceTitan and start with the calls and leads that come in after hours or while the office is on the phone. The same customer, equipment and membership records then carry into maintenance reminders and win-back for customers due a tune-up.

FAQ

Questions, answered plainly.

Is the connection live today?

Connections are set up for each company when its Zenith instance is configured, and Ferrata confirms each one works on the company's own data before calls go live.

Does Zenith assign technicians?

No. Zenith books a job into an arrival window your capacity allows. Assigning the technician stays with your dispatcher, as it is today.

Can Zenith tell an emergency from a routine call?

It asks the questions you set (no heat, water leaking, gas smell) and routes anything you define as urgent to your on-call line, with the caller's address and equipment already on screen.

Will members get priority?

Yes, if your plan promises it. Zenith reads the customer's membership from ServiceTitan and applies the windows and fees your membership rules set.

Does Zenith quote prices?

Only the prices you publish, such as a diagnostic fee or a tune-up special. Estimates for repairs and installs stay with your technicians and comfort advisors.

Is Zenith affiliated with ServiceTitan?

Zenith is an independent product and is not certified by or affiliated with ServiceTitan. It connects through access you grant for your own account.

Start with Zenith, or talk it through first.

Thirty minutes with Ferrata Labs on how calls and messages reach you today. You leave with a view of where Zenith fits, and an honest answer if something else should come first.

Your menu, your policies, your routing and the way you talk to customers are yours. Zenith is configured to them. You are not fitting your front desk into a template.
