Zenith for financial services

Book the consultation. Leave the advice to your people.

Clients call an advisory firm, an insurance agency or a lender to book a review, ask where a document stands or reach their advisor. Zenith books, routes and answers the procedural questions. It gives no advice and no recommendations, and anything about a client's money, coverage or eligibility goes to a licensed person.

On its own, and where it stops

Zenith handles the routine. Your people handle the rest.

Zenith books consultations and reviews, answers office and process questions and routes calls on its own. Any question about advice, coverage, eligibility or a client's account goes to a licensed person, and campaigns wait for your compliance review.

Zenith answers, routes, books and handles routine questions on its own. Refunds, discounts, complaints, low reviews and campaigns wait for a person, and anyone on your team can take over a conversation at any time.

Your dataThe voice model carries the spoken conversation and nothing else. Your customer records stay in your own database, read only by your own agents.

Start here, keep the foundation

Start with one function. Add the rest without starting over.

Most firms start with scheduling: new prospect consultations and annual reviews, which need no account data and no advice. Once the CRM and calendars are connected, the same records support document status questions and routing clients to their own advisor.

FAQ

Questions, answered plainly.

Will Zenith ever give financial advice?

No. It is configured to route questions about investments, coverage, credit and eligibility to a licensed person, and that rule is not a setting a user can turn off.

How are calls recorded and kept?

Where you record calls, the recording notice plays first. Every conversation's transcript and summary is kept on the client's thread so your team and your compliance function can review it.

Can it tell a client their balance or policy details?

Only if you turn that on, and only after the caller is verified. Most firms start with scheduling and routing, where no account details are spoken.

Does it work with our CRM?

Zenith works with HubSpot today, writing calls and notes back to the client record. Other CRMs and core systems are connected per firm and checked on your own data before going live.

Can outbound messages go to clients automatically?

Confirmations and reminders for meetings a client booked go out on their own. Any campaign or outreach waits for a person, so your compliance review stays where it is today.

Where does client data go?

Into your own Zenith tenant. The voice model carries the spoken conversation and nothing else; your client records stay in your own database, read only by your own agents.

Start with Zenith, or talk it through first.

Thirty minutes with Ferrata Labs on how calls and messages reach you today. You leave with a view of where Zenith fits, and an honest answer if something else should come first.

Your menu, your policies, your routing and the way you talk to customers are yours. Zenith is configured to them. You are not fitting your front desk into a template.
