Zenith with NetSuite

Where's my order, answered from NetSuite.

A distributor's or manufacturer's phone rings with the same questions all day: has my order shipped, when will it arrive, what do I owe, can you send the invoice again. NetSuite has every answer. Zenith reads it, so a customer gets the ship date on the first call and your inside sales team gets back to selling.

What Zenith reads

The NetSuite records behind each answer.

Mapped per subsidiary when your instance is set up, against your own fields.

Customers and contacts
Read to match a caller to an account and to the buyer on file, with the account rep and terms.
Sales orders
Read for open orders, lines, quantities and status.
Item fulfillments
Read for ship dates, carriers and tracking numbers.
Invoices
Read for invoice numbers, amounts and due dates, so a copy can be resent to the address on file.
Balances and terms
Read so a verified customer hears what is open and what is past due.
Estimates
Read so an open quote is on the caller card and can be followed up.

The record

NetSuite stays the record.

Zenith answers from NetSuite and writes its conversations to its own thread. It does not change your orders or invoices.

01

Read for answers

Order, shipment and invoice data is read when a customer asks, so the answer is current.

02

Changes go to people

A request to change an order, a credit or a price goes to your team on the thread.

03

One thread per buyer

Calls, texts and emails from a buyer sit together, beside their account's orders.

On its own, and where it stops

Zenith handles the routine. Your people handle the rest.

On its own, Zenith answers order status, ship dates, invoice copies and balance questions from NetSuite. Order changes, credits, pricing and disputes go to the account rep with the account already open.

Zenith answers, routes, books and handles routine questions on its own. Refunds, discounts, complaints, low reviews and campaigns wait for a person, and anyone on your team can take over a conversation at any time.

Your dataThe voice model carries the spoken conversation and nothing else. Your customer records stay in your own database, read only by your own agents.

Start here, keep the foundation

Start with one function. Add the rest without starting over.

Connect NetSuite and start with order status and invoice copy requests, the calls that pull inside sales off the phone. The same customer records then carry into lead response for new accounts and reorder reminders for customers whose usual order is overdue.

FAQ

Questions, answered plainly.

Is the connection live today?

Connections are set up for each company when its Zenith instance is configured, and Ferrata confirms each one works on the company's own data before calls go live.

Does Zenith change orders in NetSuite?

No. Zenith reads orders, shipments and invoices to answer questions. A request to change an order is taken onto the thread for your team, who make the change in NetSuite as they do today.

Who can hear an account balance?

Only a caller matched to the account and verified under the rules your company sets. Until then Zenith does not share invoice numbers, amounts or due dates.

Does it work with several subsidiaries?

Yes. Each customer belongs to a subsidiary, and Zenith reads that subsidiary's orders and invoices for them.

Can Zenith tell a buyer the tracking number?

Yes, when the fulfillment in NetSuite carries one. It can read the carrier and tracking number on the call and text them to the buyer.

Is Zenith affiliated with Oracle NetSuite?

Zenith is an independent product and is not certified by or affiliated with Oracle. It connects through an integration role you create with only the permissions you choose.

Your menu, your policies, your routing and the way you talk to customers are yours. Zenith is configured to them. You are not fitting your front desk into a template.
