Database to revenue

The names already in your CRM are your fastest revenue.

Most businesses hold hundreds of people who asked for a quote, booked once, or bought for years and then stopped. Zenith will find them in the systems you already run, check who agreed to hear from you, and work each one by text, email and phone until they book, reorder or say no. No campaign will send a word until you approve it.

What happens with Zenith

From a list nobody works to booked, paid work.

  1. 01

    Find the names

Prospects who never converted, from your CRM. Lapsed customers, from your ERP, POS or practice system. Anyone else, by CSV. One record per person, so someone who calls in tomorrow is already known.

  2. 02

    Check consent

Each person contacted only on the channels they agreed to. Names without consent listed for you, never contacted.

  3. 03

    Plan and approve

Segments such as quoted but never booked, each with a sequence, a goal and any offer. Nothing will go out until a person on your team approves the campaign.

  4. 04

    Work every reply

Questions answered from your records, the person qualified with your questions, then booked into your calendar or sent a payment link, in the same conversation.

  5. 05

    Count the revenue

Reached, replied, booked, paid and opted out, per campaign. Revenue counted only from payments or orders traced to the campaign's own conversations.

The outreach

Four lists most businesses already have.

Each segment gets its own sequence across text, email and calls, a goal and an offer if you choose one.

Never converted
People who called, filled in a form or asked for a quote and never booked. Goal: a first visit or a call back.
Quoted, not booked
An estimate or quote that went quiet. Goal: book the job, or learn why not.
Lapsed six months
Customers who came regularly and stopped. Goal: the next visit, order or service.
Lapsed twelve months
Customers you have not seen in a year. Goal: a reason to come back, or a clean goodbye.

Consent and compliance

The rules that hold on every campaign.

They are not settings. They are the same rules Ferrata's other products already run under.

01

Consent per channel

Someone who agreed to email will not be texted. Consent will be recorded per person and per channel.

02

STOP means stop

A STOP or an unsubscribe will end that channel for that person, across every campaign, at once.

03

Hours

Texts and calls only between 8am and 9pm in the person's own time zone.

04

One touch a day

Nobody will hear from you more than once a day, whatever else is running.

05

Disclosed as AI

On a call, your assistant says it is an AI at the start.

06

Registered texting

Business texting registered for A2P 10DLC before the first text is sent.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask about database to revenue.

Can it text my whole customer list?

No. It will text only the people who agreed to hear from you by text, within texting rules and hours, and only after you approve the campaign. Everyone else will be listed for you, not contacted.

Will it keep messaging people who said no?

No. A STOP or an unsubscribe will end that channel for that person at once, across every campaign. Someone who declines will be marked so, and that campaign will not ask again.

How will you count the revenue a campaign brings in?

Only from payments or orders traced to that campaign's own conversations: the person replied, booked or was sent a link in the campaign, then paid or ordered. A customer who comes back on their own will not be counted.

We don't use HubSpot. Where will the names come from?

From your ERP, POS or practice system once that connection is set up for you, or from a CSV. HubSpot is live today; the others are coming, and the status table on the FAQ shows each one.

Do we have to write the messages?

No, but you approve them. Zenith will draft each segment's sequence in your voice, and you can edit any message before you approve the campaign.

What happens when someone replies with a question?

Your assistant will answer from your records, ask your qualifying questions, and book or send a payment link in the same thread. Anything outside its limits goes to a person, with the conversation attached.
