Your records in, the outcome written back.

Zenith reads the systems your business already runs, so every call is answered from your own records, and writes what happened back where your team looks. HubSpot is live today. Booking into Google Calendar is in beta on our own line. Every other connection below is coming, and its page says so.

Zenith connects with these systems through access each business grants. It is an independent product and does not claim a partnership, certification or endorsement from any of them.

How every connection works

Your systems stay the record. Zenith keeps the conversation.

01

Read on your terms

Zenith reads only what it needs to answer and book, through access your business grants and can revoke.

02

Write-back behind a switch

Call notes and case outcomes reach another system only when a company owner switches write-back on for that connection.

03

Cases stay in Zenith

Zenith is the record for conversations and cases. Other systems receive the outcome; nothing flows back to change a case.

04

Read back before confirming

A booking written to a calendar or a schedule is read back before the customer is told it is booked.

05

Verified before details

Order, invoice, appointment and balance details are shared only with a caller who has been verified.

06

Checked on your own data

Each connection is set up with your business and tested on your records before your calls rely on it.

FAQ

Questions about connecting your systems.

Do we need any of these connected to start?

No. Your assistant can answer forwarded calls with no system connected. Each connection adds what it knows: who is calling, what they ordered, when there is time to book.

Our system isn't listed. Can you connect it?

Tell us when you join the private beta. The list follows what private beta businesses run, and a system is added here only once a connection is planned.

Who sets a connection up?

We do, with you. You grant the access, we map your records and test the connection on your own data, and only then do your calls rely on it.

Can we turn write-back off later?

Yes. A company owner can switch write-back off for any connection at any time. Zenith goes on reading, and the conversations stay on the record in Zenith.

Start with the system your calls depend on.

Tell us what your business runs. In the private beta we connect the one that answers most of your calls first.

Pricing is set with each business in the private beta.
